Warranty Policy

At Carnac Moto, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our motorcycle riding gear. Every product is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Limited Warranty

Our products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Examples include:

  • Faulty stitching
  • Broken zippers due to manufacturing defects
  • Defective snaps, buttons, or closures
  • Manufacturing defects in fabric or construction

If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will review your claim.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by crashes, accidents, or impacts
  • Cuts, burns, abrasions, or tears caused by misuse
  • Improper washing or drying
  • Damage caused by chemicals or bleach
  • Alterations or repairs performed by a third party
  • Incorrect sizing or fit issues after use
  • Cosmetic wear from regular riding

CE Armor

If your product includes CE-certified armor, the armor is designed to help reduce the impact of certain collisions but cannot guarantee complete protection against injury. Motorcycling involves inherent risks, and no protective gear can eliminate the possibility of serious injury or death.

Custom Products

Personalized or custom-made products (including custom names, logos, or designs) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team within the warranty period and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos showing the defect

Our team will review your claim and respond as quickly as possible.

Warranty Resolution

If your claim is approved, Carnac Moto may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable item
  • Issue a partial or full refund where appropriate

The chosen resolution will depend on the nature of the defect and product availability.

Limitation of Liability

Carnac Moto's warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only. Our liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
